Raspberry pi segmentation fault after upgrade update and no boot

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

wikipedia says
A segmentation fault occurs
when a program attempts to access a memory location that it is not allowed to access,
 or
attempts to access a memory location in a way that is not allowed
(for example, attempting to write to a read-only location, or to overwrite part of the operating system).

my raspberry pi did after upgrade update today 3 march 2019
give segmentation fault on everything
reboot
and boot didnt work
a lot of abnormal spaceless screenwide text during boot
to fast to read
in the DOS age i could press pause on keyboard but i have no pause on this one
i do not know how to stop it
or how to say wich lines to do and wich not

halt stop on random crng init done
and nothing anymore
screen gives some info when you pull wireless usb mouse and wireless keyboard
but thats all

also router has no raspberry in connections, so no lan connection to raspberry open
so i can not access it from another computer

pffft i do not know

i have put the backup disk in

and make a new backup again soon
time also for u to make a backup!!!

so some downtime today
sorry, but i think the webserver is more or less up to date again
not sure if all documents are accesable because off file permissions i took some files from the old not bootable sd card

**************
THATS STRANGE
**************
I PUT THE SD CARD IN ANOTHER PI 3B+ NOT BOOTING HALT ON RANDOM CRNG INIT DONE
I PUT THE SD CARD IN ANOTHER PI 0B+ OR IS IT B+ OR IS IT 1B+ AND ITS BOOTING OK
SLOW YES THE B+ BOARD IS HALF THE SPECS in mem and speed
BUT STRANGLY ITS BOOTING ON THIS 01B+ BOARD OK
IS THERE A PLACE ON THE WEB WHERE THEY ANOUNCE PROBLEMS WITH UPDATE UPGRADE FILES
this is not funny, some people will have big problems with this
is it wise to do the upgrades updates
is it not better when your system is running fine to leave it that way
this is not the first time i have problems after upgrade update

buying this raspberry pi 01B+ was a mistake i thought it was a cheap 3B+
B+ looks almost exactly like a 3B+ but it has half the specs in mem and speed
but now it is handy

i make a sd card copy now on the B+ from the non bootable 3B+ sd card
then i can play with the copy maybe try to update upgrade again

I DID
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
UPDATE UPGRADE THE NON BOOTABLE 3B+ SDCARD ON THE 01B+
AND SURPRISE NOW IT BOOTS AGAIN ON THE 3B+

NOW I AM GONNA MAKE A BACKUP SD CARD AGAIN ;-(

THIS IS NOT FUNNY
if i did not have the 01B+ then...........
